We are specifically looking for educators for our “Rumba Club” and Spanish and Art programs. Responsibilities
- Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver Spanish lessons that incorporate songs, interactive games, and grammar exercises to make learning fun and effective.
- Supportive Environment: Create a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive, encouraging all students to participate and express themselves.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to integrate Spanish lessons with other creative subjects, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to learning.
- Assessment: Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Participation: Take part in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to stay engaged and up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
Requirements
- Passion for Teaching: A genuine enjoyment of working with children and a friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children and a strong knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.
- Certification: An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undergo the application process.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, especially in early childhood education or a related field.
