Roles/Responsibilities
As a waiter or waitress at Flat Iron, your responsibilities will include:
- Guest Interaction: Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.
- Service Excellence: Ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience by being attentive and responsive to their needs.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including clearing tables and ensuring all areas are tidy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required. We value passion and a great attitude above all.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of the job.
Salary Range: £15.92 – £17.92 per hour, plus 50% off food for employees and access to half of your payment before payday.
